摘要
Biocatalytic C-N bond formation is mainly used to synthesize chiral amines, which are widely used in the preparation of foods, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates. Enzymatic production of chiral amines is characterized by high enantioselectivity, conversion and space-time yield. This review mainly introduces three ways of C-N bond formation, which are reductive amination reaction, hydrogen amination reaction and transamination reaction. The related enzymes were summarized according to different reaction types. © 2021, Editorial Board of CIESC Journal. All right reserved.
