摘要：
Ovarialkarzinome prasentieren sich haufig mit einer Peritonealkarzinose. In etwa 40% ist davon auch das Diaphragma betroffen. Bei tief infiltrierenden Karzinoseherden ist eine Resektion des Diaphragmas durch alle Schichten notwendig (diaphragmatic full-thickness resection, DFTR). Eine Studie prufte, ob der Einsatz eines Gefa ss staplers die Sicherheit dieses Eingriffs bei fortgeschrittenem Ovarialkarzinom verbessern kann.
