摘要
The dimension of "transportation state" was introduced to expand the traditional dynamic service network and the "time-space-state" service network was built to clearly describe the transportation process of freight and the circulation of rolling stock. The primal problem was transformed into a multi-commodity flow problem. On this basis, considering the constraints of train operating time period, make-up, fixed operation section and carrying capacity, a 0-1 integer programming model was constructed, so as to realize the integrated optimization of train service plan and rolling stock circulation. In order to improve solving efficiency, a Lagrangian relaxation heuristic algorithm was designed. The calculation example shows the validity of the model and the algorithm. Through sensitivity analysis, the influence of train operation mode and the number of available rolling stocks on the integrated optimization result is given. © 2020, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society.
