摘要
Soluble aniline trimer (AT) was prepared by chemical oxidation method. Subsequently, an aniline trimer modified sulfonate waterborne epoxy curing agent was prepared using sulphamate(AT), epoxy resin(E-51) and the mixture of single terminated aniline trimer(AT-660a) and tetraethylenepentamine(TEPA-660a). The structure and properties of the polymer were characterized by FT-IR, TEM and TG; and anticorrosion effect of the coating was evaluated by the polarization curve, AC impedance spectroscopy and salt water resistance test. The results show that when the content of AT is 8% (AT accounts for the total molar fraction of TEPA and AT), the average particle size of the emulsion is 140 nm, the decomposition temperature at 10% mass loss is 196℃, no blister is found on the surface of the coating after 30 d cross scratch neutral salt spray test and the corrosion inhibition efficiency reaches 98.6%. The film shows good corrosion resistance. © 2020, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering. All right reserved.
