摘要
When the large-scale wind turbine is under the condition of low speed and heavy load, and the gears are under mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication. The meshing dynamic characteristics of gears are difficult to analyze. In order to solve this problem, a dynamic model of epicyclic gears is established based on surface contact parallel stiffness model. Based on the rough peak load balance theory the load factor theory was introduced into the stiffness model. According to the theory of hybrid elastohydrodynamic lubrication, a new formula for calculating the stiffness of the oil film on the tooth surface can be obtained. This provides a reference for the research of gear mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication. In addition, under the condition of mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication, we can conclude that the gear meshing rigidity can be greatly improved and the gear meshing vibration is effectively suppressed. Meanwhile, the increase of the tooth surface meshing force and the comprehensive curvature radius is beneficial to the formation of an oil film on the tooth surface. Finally, under the condition of mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication, the gear single-double tooth meshing stiffness excitation will be further improved. © 2022, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
