摘要
From the standpoint of trade facilitation, this paper investigates its impact on China's cross-border e-commerce exports. First, five primary indexes and fifteen secondary indexes are selected to construct the trade facilitation index system. The Delphi method and AHP are used to calculate index weight, and the trade facilitation level of each country is calculated from 2013 to 2019. It is discovered that there are obviously varies in all nation's level of trade facilitation. The highest trade facilitation index is Singapore, which is as high as 0.958790, and the lowest is the Philippines, which is as low as 0.485289. Then, the trade facilitation index is introduced into the extended gravity model as the core explanatory variable, and the panel data is regressed with fixed effects using Stata16.0. According with findings, trade facilitation is significantly more important to China's cross-border e-commerce exports than economic size, total population, distance, or the signing of free trade agreements. For every 1% increase in trade facilitation, China's cross-border e-commerce exports will raise by 1.803%. Finally, comprehensive recommendations are proposed based on the research results.
