摘要
To solve the dispatcher workload problem caused by improper design of high-speed railway emergency dispatching plan, an objective quantitative method suitable for the evaluation of the high-speed railway emergency dispatching plan complexity (DPC) was proposed and verified by experiments. Based on the analysis of dispatching tasks and subjective investigations, the dispatching plan logic complexity (DPLC) and the dispatching plan cognitive complexity (DPCC) were comprehensively determined as the main indicators of DPC. After the graphical representation of the dispatching plan, the entropy method was used to obtain the DPLC value, and the DPCC value was obtained based on the meta-operation cognitive resource analysis. The DPC value was calculated comprehensively. The DPC method was applied to analyze the complexity of artificially triggered departure route operation plan, followed by the verification of the effectiveness of the DPC method. The results show that the correlation coefficients between the value of the DPC method and the average execution time and between the value of the DPC method and NASA-TLX score of the plan are 0.819 and 0.930 respectively. The value can describe the complexity of the plan. © 2022, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society. All right reserved.
