Vibration reliability analysis of shearer's spiral drum

In order to study the vibration reliability of shearer's spiral drum, simulating instantaneous impact load according to actual conditions, the finite element model of drum is established to analyze its modal, modal parameters and deformation. The research shows that there is obvious deformation on picks. Building resonance failure criterion, combining reliability sensitivity theory and BP neural network, drum's parameter vibration reliability sensitivity is obtained and analyzed. Analysis of the influence of structural parameters on vibration reliability, the results show that drum's vibration reliability is 0.999549. Combining with co-simulation technology, BP neural network and reliability sensitivity theory, based on resonance failure theory. The research provides theoretical method and data support which are used for vibration characteristics analysis and design of drum with important engineering application values. © 2020, Nanjing Univ. of Aeronautics an Astronautics.
