摘要
To study the influence of different piling techniques on the bearing characteristics of post-grouting piles, the bearing and deformation performance of ungrouting and post-grouting piles was analyzed based on the static load tests of one rotary drilling bored pile and one auger drilling bored pile before and after grouting by Shishou Yangtze River Highway Bridge. The influence of post-grouting on the enhancement of the side friction and the base resistance of bored piles with different piling techniques was discussed. The differences of the mechanical behaviors of post-grouting bored piles with different piling techniques under different loading levels were revealed. The results show that the combined post-grouting can significantly improve the bearing and deformation performance of bored piles with different piling techniques, and the bearing characteristics of post-grouting bored piles with the rotary drilling method are better than those of post-grouting bored piles with the auger drilling method. Different piling techniques not only affect the mobilization characteristics of the side friction and the base resistance of post-grouting bored piles, but also influence the grout pressure and the quantity of cement in the grouting process, resulting in different reinforcement effects of post-grouting. Therefore, post-grouting bored piles with different piling techniques exhibit different bearing characteristics. © 2020, Editorial Department of Journal of Southeast University. All right reserved.
