摘要
Computer modeling is a kind of visualization representation on objects, phenomena, events and processor system by taking the computer as a medium. It also presents or emulates natural phenomena, especially in experiment and complex system that are difficult to be conducted with general methods. The learners can carry out in- depth processing with scientific thoughts from operation, observation, description, explanation and phenomenon prediction. The application of computer modeling in education is the result of the studies on human's learning and cognition. With the advance of international curriculum reform, computer modeling has been increasingly applied into various subjects in primary school, middle school and colleges, becoming important in scientific education research at present. A number of studies have revealed that computer modeling is of great significance to construct the mental representation of objects, promote understanding of knowledge and changes of ideas, develop high order thinking, train model method and improve student's ability of modeling.
