摘要
This study investigates the effectiveness of university records management programmes in Indonesia, focusing on the identification of key factors that influence their success. Recognizing the critical role of records in ensuring legal compliance, decision-making support, accountability, and historical preservation, the research utilizes a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyse the data. The findings reveal that education and training, organizational culture, knowledge and skills, and motivation are significant positive predictors of effective records management. Conversely, the influence of professional associations was not statistically significant. These results underscore the importance of targeted educational initiatives and a supportive organizational culture in enhancing the management of university records.
