摘要
Owing to the easy preparation, good processability, low cost, adjustable electrical properties and wide range of applications, flexible conductive polymer composites with percolation network are important way to construct flexible strain sensing materials and become a hot research topic. This review firstly introduced the percolation network, conductive mechanism, performance parameters and related numerical simulation of flexible force-sensitive materials, and introduced the percolation curves in detail; then summarized the factors affecting the force sensitive performance, including the content of conductive filler, morphology and dimension of conductive fillers, the synergistic effect of conductive fillers, the dispersion of fillers in matrixes, the interaction between filler and matrix, and the morphology of network. Finally, the development trend of polymer-based flexible force-sensitive materials with percolation network was prospected. ©2021, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
