摘要
Short track irregularity is main source of high frequency dynamic wheel/rail vibration, causing intense interaction force between wheel and rail. high frequency wheel/rail contact model built by ABAQUS/EXPLICIT software module can solve the contact force between wheel and rail under the conditions of track short wave irregularity in high speed. The parameters of this model come from the real shape and size of the wheel and rail, and can introduce arbitrary shapes of track short wave irregularity and rail state parameters. under the real high-speed railway short wave track irregularity conditions, the correlation coefficient between the measured wheel rail vertical force from high-speed inspection car and the wheel rail vertical force from the model is 0.82, which verify the correctness of the model. By comparing the dynamic wheel rail vertical forces caused by track short wave irregularities of different cosine shapes in multiple speeds. The result shows that the dynamic wheel rail vertical force related with track short wave irregularity amplitude, and the sensitive wavelength of the track irregularity. In the condition of the vehicle speed not less than 200 km/h, the sensitive wavelength in track short wave irregularity between vehicle and rail is 100-200 mm. © 2019 Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
