摘要：
The financial services market is one of the most dynamically developing branches of the Polish economy. This determines the necessity to build a complementary consumer protection system. The article presents the position of the Financial Ombudsman in the system of consumer protection in the financial market in Poland. The Author presents the areas of activity of the Polish Financial Ombudsman, and indicates the directions of legislative changes that would allow the commented institution to more effectively protect clients of financial services.
