摘要
To solve the problems of real-time control, analysis and prediction of the satellite assembly process, an assembly process management and control system for satellite based on digital twin was proposed. The system architecture was established and some key techniques were studied in detail, such as the modeling of product and workshop digital twin, data collection and virtual-real accurate mapping, real-time control and analysis and prediction based on digital twin-driven, digital twin data multi-dimensional organization and management of assembly process. Driven by the digital twin model and the real-time data, the system achieved the effective integration between the model and the data based on key characteristics of product and key elements of workshop, realized the real-time control and predictive analysis of the assembly process, and provided support for the production decision-making. The system was successfully applied in the satellite assembly workshop, and satisfactory results were obtained. © 2021, Editorial Department of CIMS. All right reserved.
