摘要
The volatile business environment with fluctuating sales and productivity rates and at the same time the competition for skilled workers as well as the need to secure valuable experiential knowledge presents companies with the challenge of having to implement new concepts of more flexible production planning and control based on individual physical as well as cognitive parameters and personal preferences of employees. The human digital twin will play an essential role in securing and providing knowledge. © 2022 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston, Germany.
