The objective of this paper is to assess the impact of job training program on employment outcomes, using data from the Employment Policy Improvement Survey of 1838 job seekers. We use the endogenous switching regression and endogenous switching probit model to correct for selection and endogeneity biases. In addition, we use the propensity score matching method to check the robustness of the results. The findings indicate a positive and significant impact of the program on youth income and access to stable and regular employment regardless of gender. However, the program has a greater impact on women than men.
