摘要
The performance of the nozzle for nuclear reactor pressurizer is critical to the pressure control of the reactor coolant system. The design and research methods and progress of the nozzle are reviewed in this paper. Firstly, the design theory, the design and verification method, the atomization droplet size and distribution evaluation are introduced for pressurizer swirl nozzle. Secondly, the application of CFD in nozzle design and research is introduced, focusing on the two-phase interface tracking model matching the nozzle simulation calculation. It is seen that the process of the pressurizer swirl nozzle design is based on convenient traditional and semi-empirical methods, supplemented by CFD currently, but CFD has shown the advantage that the calculation results are more consistent with the experiments. In this way, a means of the design for pressurizer swirl nozzle with small driving force and large flow, and a reference for the development and improvement of the performance of the nozzle are provided.
