摘要
Physical Education in primary and secondary schools is characterized by following a curriculum that guides the teaching -learning process through elementary components. On the other hand, Ecuador registers 3.4 million children and adolescents with insufficient physical activity, where the school environment is responsible for promoting physically active environments. Thus, the objective is focused on: to propose an order of achievement of the elementary components of physical education, according to the principle of transference, as an efficient alternative to counteract the lack of physical activity. Therefore, the methodology concerns a qualitative design of grounded theory, on a par with the development of theories based on three principles of the social sciences: theoretical borrowing, reflective thinking and metaphorical thinking. In this sense, the proposed order concerns starting with the games component, continuing with basic physical capacities, physical coordination capacities, sports and, finally, concretizing with corporal expressions.
