<正> In the present paper, we first introduce and define a general class of domains. Next,severaltheorems concerning necessary and sufficient conditions for the equivalence of these domains areprovided. Then we examine the completeness of the system of rational functions with prescribedpoles. Finally the estimation of the degree of the best approximation by them in such domains iscovered.
