<正> Facial nerve schwannoma involving the middle cranialfossa is quite rare,and its accurate diagnosis is verydifficult before surgery.Here we present a case ofschwannoma of the facial nerve at the middle cranialfossa that was misdiagnosed previously at a local hospitaland then cured in our hospital.
