Hg2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Cd2+胁迫下罗非鱼离体肝脏中GSH和GST的响应

以罗非鱼(Mossambica tilapia)为实验材料,研究了不同浓度的4种金属离子(Hg2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Cd2+)体外暴污对其肝脏上清液中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)活性的影响,以探讨其用于污染暴露的生物标记的可能性。结果表明:暴露于上述4种金属离子的罗非鱼肝上清液中,GSH含量均为低浓度升高,高浓度降低。Hg2+、Cu2+、Zn2+处理组均在100 nmol/L时,GSH含量上升至最大值,与对照组相比,均差异极显著(p≤0.01)。GST的活性则均随着4种金属离子浓度的升高总体呈下降趋势,4个处理组GST活性的变化在整个浓度范围内的剂量-效应关系均存在一定的线性规律。实验结果表明鱼类肝上清液中GSH含量和GST活性的变化很有潜力运用于环境监测系统中,成为环境中金属离子污染的早期生物预警标志物。
