摘要：
The National Reference Center (NRC) for Haemophilus influenzae (Hi) has been created in 1987. Several objectives were determined : epidemiology and study of the antibiotic susceptibility of Hi invasive strains, development of diagnosis tests, Collection of Hi data. Seven hundred to 800 strains are annually studied ; in 1992, near 40 % of the strains isolated from cerebrospinal fluid produced betalactamase. The NRC has also participated to a worldwide study of the geographic distribution of the Hi strains.
