摘要
It is shown that the magnetic heterogeneity of the welded joint prior to annealing is caused by the formation of magnetically hard components in zones that are heated during welding to temperatures, and on cooling from these temperatures undergo structural transformations with the formation of martensite, troostite, sorbite, pearlite, and residual stresses after the upsetting of the weld edges. Magnetic heterogeneity after annealing is determined by the orientation of the structural constituents - ferrite and pearlite relative to the direction of the magnetizing field.
