The carrying out of processes of granulation of powdered materials in pseudo-boiling layer with feeding of binding liquid have been considered. It has been established that these processes are two-stage, consisting of stages of pure moistening of powders and their own granule formation. It has been shown that minimum moisture providing a beginning of agglomeration of particles depends on their porosity. It has been proposed the scientific conception about that in apparatuses with pseudo-boiling layer a formation and growth of granules takes place due to collision of particles. This conception allows determining and calculating a porosity of hard bodies. The mathematical expressions describing an interrelation between basic parameters of process have been proposed
