摘要
The employee participation in the share capital of the companies is in principle a positive measure, aimed at increasing employee motivation and reduce social tension. But a focus on relational justice requires deep analysis in each case, in order to determine if there are risks to the workers (they can lose not only their work, but also their savings if the company goes bankrupt) and if there is a real and fair participation. In this sense we consider necessary: the establishment of a basic consensus on some general principles and some good practices of cooperation, a legal formula adapted to the fair cooperation; as well as the continued development of a social dialogue between different agents.
