摘要：
The education system is becoming a critical and strategic value for the quality of its action; therefore must overcome current limitations and restrictions, some of which lie in organization and management. The main objective was to determine to what extent the implementation of technical assistance programs, improve institutional management school. A quantitative investigation of pre-experimental design applied type. For analysis of the results has been constructed for the scales of analysis and variable dimensions; and hypothesis testing was performed by Student's t test, with which it has been shown that the application of Technical Assistance Programs, by improving institutional management school.
