摘要
Process Capability indices such as C(p) and C(pk) are assumed to have the properties of normality, independence, and stationarity. Many processes may not take on the properties described previously. The approach to and analysis of non-normal process capability indices are presented in this paper. The results show that making a wrong decision on the distribution will lead to Type I and Type II errors.
