摘要：
Separate aspects of the problem of property regulation at regional level are considered. The article analyses functions, methodological approaches and methods of integrating property management at economy mesolevel. A structurally functional scheme of the organizationale-conomic mechanism of management by the system of the integrating property, as element of the general control system of regional economy as a whole is offered.
