WAGE FLEXIBILITY IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING IN THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID

The economic crisis that Spain is immersed has led as a more immediate consequence in the labor field job destruction. This situation has resulted in significant labor reforms made available to various collective bargaining internal flexibility mechanisms designed to mitigate the problems of existing employment. In particular, the wage variable has been used as one such mechanism or adjustment flexibility in collective bargaining, and the object of our study focuses on the regulation of collective agreements whose geographical scope refers to the Community of Madrid in the years from 2010-2011.
