ABOUT THE PLACE OF HISTORY OF NATURAL-SCIENCES AND TECHNIQUES IN GENERAL HISTORY

Traditionally the role of History of natural sciences and techniques was underestimated in the system of historical sciences. V.I.Vernadskiy's conception of development eliminates this defect.
