摘要：
This paper describes how finite element simulations may be used to assess the sensitivity of the sonic method of non-destructive testing of masonry structures. The simulations may also be used to develop site testing procedures and in the interpretation of field tests. The selection of appropriate material parameters for use in the simulations is discussed. Some simulations for the non-destructive testing of a masonry bridge are presented. A multiple source testing procedure is developed for the identification of voids in masonry bridges.
