摘要
The article is devoted to the problem of the harmonization of the relationships between employee and employer in the organization. It examines this problem taking into account the results of the analysis, diagnostics and monitoring of the main aspects of these relationships. In addition, it gives grounds to the methodological approach to the identification of the models that characterize this type of relationships.
