Although the recurrence of membranous glomerulonephritis in the living related-donor transplantation has already been published, the progressive increase in the incidence of glomerulonephritis and the nonelucidated role of HL-A matching in its pathogenesis makes it a matter for continuous evaluation. A case of recurrent membranous glomerulonephritis in an HL-A-identical kidney allograft is reported here.
