摘要：
A stochastic model of the Neumann type is treated. Apart from the plan's overall usefulness, this model involves constraints attributed, for example, to the inclusion of ecological consequences of the decisions made. The use of the methods of stochastic optimal control and convex analysis makes it possible to construct an exact optimal synthesis.
