摘要
New monolithic integration allows high voltage intelligent power components to be made. The VN440 belongs to this new family. Made using a technology similar to that of Power MOSFETS, it includes within the same chip: a power switch, a driver circuit, an overtemperature protection, an over temperature alarm, a current sense, a programmable current limitation and a short circuit protection.
