摘要
The authors investigated the influence of fungicide metalaxyl to edaphone componets, free living nemathodes (Nematoda), mites (Acarina), springtails (Collembola), selected microorganisms and metalaxyl residues in soil, leafs and vine juice. Working, 0,25 % concetration of preparate based on metalaxyl nearly did not influence communities of animals groups explored, bacteries biomass too, but strongly decreased density and biomass of soil mushrooms (Fungi). Ten times higher concentration of metalaxyl expressively reduced density and biomass of organisms mentioned above. Total biomass in some organisms increased lately. Metalaxyl confirmed its stability, on middle high level. At soil and leafs the metalaxyl had nearly decomposed to the end of vegetational periode. In young wine, on the other side, it was found out 40 mg/lit. (0,25 % applicational concentration) and 87 mg/lit. (2,5 % applic. concentration) of metalaxyl residues after 70 days.
