摘要
In this research project report the best classroom experiences from Physical Education teachers in official schools in Bogota were collected and systematized. Trends in physical education teaching in those institutions were identified. Recognizing and socializing those experiences means to share alternatives that can become a useful pedagogical approach for class design and an important opportunity to improve methodological procedures in search for a quality Physical Education. Data were gathered through structured interviews, which was implemented in person by qualified students of PhysicalEducation. Research focus is multimodal or two-staged mixed, the application of a quantitative and qualitative design in a sequential and independent mode with complementary results. The experiences and contents submitted by 377 teachers from 252 institutions were classified under 10 categories showing the main trends in sport teaching (50.2%) and physical condition teaching (12.5%). The qualitative stage describes the experiences of each class. This collection is expected to become an important reference guide to Physical Education teachers in class design and implementation.
