摘要
The objective of this study was to evaluate educational management performance in Catholic institutions under the coordination of AVEC (Venezuelan Association of Catholic Schools) in the Bocono municipality, State of Trujillo. The theoretical foundation was based on Drucker (1999), Rodriguez (2001) and Ander Egg (2008), among others. The study was carried out using an investigative-evaluative type of research with a non-experimental, trans-sectional design for which the total population was taken as the sample since it was finite, consisting of eighteen (18) high and middle management directors from the different AVEC institutions. A validated multiple choice questionnaire with a reliability degree of 0.75 was applied. Conclusions are that the AVEC managers plan according to the guidelines issued by the organization on a national level. From the managerial viewpoint, it can be emphasized that they work in teams, there is synergy among them and personnel handling is carried out through participative communication. Nevertheless, teaching personnel have few opportunities to innovate.
