Analysis of creative works by members of the Scientific School "Media Education and Media Competence"

摘要
This article written with the support of the Federal Target Program "Research and scientific-pedagogical cadres innovation Russia for 2009-2013" (Activity 2.1. "Organization and conduct of national and international youth scientific conferences and schools") of the Federal Agency for Science and Innovation of Russian Ministry of Education and Science. Supervisor of the project "Institutional and technical support of the All-Russia Research School for Youth" Media Education and Media Competence" is President of the Russian Association of Media Education Alexander Fedorov. The All-Russia Research School for Youth "Media Education and Media Competence" was organized in October 2009 at the Taganrog State Pedagogical Institute (Russia), attended by young scientists (under 35 years) from Moscow and St. Petersburg to Chelyabinsk, Irkutsk and Krasnoyarsk (details on website http://edu.of.ru/mediacompetence). In practical lessons of the school, the participants completed work on "Critical analysis of media texts". The author of this article proposed to designate the levels of the measurement (analysis) of media texts audience as follows: - Low level indicators: the ability to retell the plot of a work, lack of language skills, instability, muddled reasoning, vulnerability to outside influences, lack of interpretation of the position of the characters of media texts; - Medium level indicators: the ability to characterize the actions and psychological states of the heroes of media texts on the basis of fragmentary knowledge, to explain the logic sequence of events in the plot, the ability to describe the individual components of the artistic image, the lack of interpretation of the author's position (or its simplistic interpretation); - High level indicators: an analysis of media texts, based on a set of knowledge about media culture, in a convincing interpretation of the media texts author's position (which is expressed agreement or disagreement, assessing the social significance of the work (relevance, etc.), ability to relate the emotional perception with the conceptual opinion, to postpone this statement to other genres and types of media, etc. Following this logic, the author of article analyzed creative work of participants of the All-Russia Research School for Youth "Media Education and Media Competence".
