摘要：
Heat transfer coefficients for flow of kraft black liquor in a plate and frame heat exchanger were measured for various flow rates and liquor concentrations. The measured values are compared with values measured for annular flow and with the predictions of a correlation from the literature. Several experimental runs were performed to evaluate heat transfer fouling of the plate heat exchanger.
