摘要：

The article considers the main risks and opportunities for the economy of the South of Russia in the context of Russia's membership in the WTO. The authors point out business entities and industries of South of Russia, which proved to be at risk due to Russia's membership in the WTO, and justify emerging threats and measures to overcome them. In the article the basic lines are offered to create conditions of effective membership in the WTO in the South of Russia.
