摘要
The chemical fates of Sb-119 and 119mTe recoil atoms after p- and alpha-reactions in SnS and SnSe were studied by Mossbauer emission spectroscopy. The (SnS)-Sn-120 and (SnSe)-Sn-120 samples irradiated with protons gave a partly resolved asymmetric doublet ascribable to Sn-119 at the Sn site of the matrices. The alpha-irradiated (SnS)-Sn-117 and (SnSe)-Sn-117 samples gave emission spectra, drastically different from those of p-irradiated (SnS)-Sn-120 and (SnSe)-Sn-120 as well as that of alpha-irradiated (SnTe)-Sn-120. The spectra are decomposable into three lines which are hardly assignable to any known chemical species of Sn and S or Se. Two of the lines are assigned to a doublet of divalent Sn-119 in the Sn site of SnS or SnSe with a nearby defect on the basis of their behavior on thermal annealing. The other line is ascribed to tetravalent Sn-119 in a defect structure.
