摘要
In connection with the development of silicon nitride ceramics with Nd2O3/Al2O3 sintering additives the subsolidus phase relationships in parts of the Si3N4-SiO2-AlN-Al2O3-NdN-Nd2O3 system are studied in our institute at present The subsolidus phase relationships in this system have been worked out based on the literature published until know and on theoretical considerations and will presented here together with experimental results in the Nd2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 system. Complementary to the experimental work first results of thermodynamic calculations in Nd2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 subsystems are shown.
