Biopolitics, space and statistics

In the next article is developed one topic about the use of statistic as biopolitical administration and control instrument, which shows as a new kind of spacial formulation which success in a subtle and imperceptible way the "panoptic" notion of the disciplinary space. While the control executed on the physical body in jails, schools, and hospitals is a territorial kind of management, local, physical, and sedentary and with an objective of the confinement, the statistic manages different variables of ours subjectivities and bodies in an abstract space and not territorial one. The big information bases which exceeds for the space dominated by the State, services companies and marketing agencies, they qualify and divide us frequently in different spaces, without our knowledge. This new kind of watching and manipulation of our lives has the statistic as an instrument for the establish the rights cuts for the re-territorialization. On having been cut and measured in a register system, people/attributes fill a statistic territory-space, therefore, the statistic draws one earth and its population.
