摘要
Social violence is beating communities and their families causing multicausal and multiplier effects such as child abuse, child sex abuse, false accusation thereof and the battering between the genders. These events call for justice in the first instance and for the psychologist as an auxiliary discipline of the judge. This endemic social event goes through all the stratums and it requires psychological and legal interventions with a social commitment, that of testifying rather than theorizing, and it means to submit a clear expert report, with accessible language, but with a support of all the sayings, which may arise from the appropriate instruments elected for each case load, and which validate the indicators that account for the psychological damages present or not in each particular case. The psychologist role within the legal field is becoming increasingly important every day, but the contribution of added value is that of being able to acquire a look and a praxis that sheds light on the social responsibility of this discipline intervention, which today cannot be ignored. This contributes to the collective intelligence bringing about new matrix of social and disciplinary action.
