摘要：
We present the system of two ultra-small superconducting junctions with a small-capacitance gate. At DC voltage bias and AC voltage applied to the gate, the system can transmit the average current I = 2ef, where f is frequency of the AC voltage. The important role of electromagnetic losses in the biasing wires and quasiparticle damping in the junctions are in the focus of this report.
