AUTOMATION OF OPERATIONAL INTERCITY ROAD FREIGHT MANAGEMENT

The paper presents an algorithm for fast distribution of automobiles according demand assignment allowing automatically perform complex operations of vehicles planning. In the algorithm we use new operators: the time tracking operator in the software environment and the comparison of such operators as "time demand" and "vehicle occupation status". The algorithm provides accurate calculations in comparison with the existing approach. The operations automation of vehicles rapid distribution allows to provide a predetermined amount of traffic with minimal capital investment in rolling stock and transportation cost as well as to reduce transportation planning labor expenditures of the dispatching department and accelerate the process of planning and fleet management.
