ON THE DIGITAL RECONSTRUCTION OF THE COMPLEX OBJECT FUNCTION IN ELECTRON OFF-AXIS HOLOGRAPHY

摘要
A digital method for the reconstruction of the complex object function is introduced which enables the wave aberration to be totally eliminated. The method is based on the employment of two off-axis holograms produced under the same conditions in the electron microscope.
