摘要：
Osteosarcoma of the rib is very rare in adult. Its presentation as an isolated breast mass has never been reported. The authors present the case of a 49-years-old patient with an isolated mass of the breast. Imaging investigations showed that this tumour arises from the rib and histological studies were consistent with a primary osteosarcoma of the rib with extension to the breast.
